Ollie

At 11.5 years old, Ollie lost his home and his owner when they moved into a long term care home. Thankfully, he was taken into the care of SALT Rescue. Purrfect Seniors works closely with SALT to help their senior cats get adopted, so we were notified of Ollie and his situation.

Purrfect Seniors announced our sponsorship of Ollie right away, offering to sponsor his adoption fee and the cost of his annual routine exam and vaccinations. It did not take long for his new family to find him!! When they saw his adorable photo and read about him online, they headed right over to PetSmart to meet him. Luckily, everything aligned and Ollie’s new family was able to take him home that same night!

It was very heartwarming to see Ollie go home so quickly. He also made himself right at home and settled in wonderfully. We’re so glad that we have been able to play a role in Ollie’s story!
