Meet Abrianna!

Abrianna Di Pietro

Director of Fundraising

Abrianna is a passionate and creative professional with a strong background in office and brand management. She currently works full-time at a Halifax-based biomaterials startup, where she plays a key role in operations, administration, and strategic planning. With experience in both corporate and startup environments, Abrianna thrives in dynamic settings and is known for her ability to bring structure, clarity, and heart to every project she takes on.

Through her work in the startup space, Abrianna has gained valuable experience supporting the sourcing and securing of funding opportunities. Working closely with leadership, she has contributed to the development of grant proposals, investor communications, and strategic fundraising efforts that help innovative ideas come to life. It was in this role that she first met Purrfect Seniors Founder, Rhonda Walsh.

Abrianna joined Purrfect Seniors as a volunteer Director of Fundraising in 2025, driven by her deep respect for the organization’s mission to support senior cats. She is especially passionate about advocating for animals who are often overlooked due to age or medical needs and sees this work as a meaningful extension of her commitment to community-focused initiatives. In her role, she supports the organization by helping to identify funding opportunities and build relationships that sustain and grow its impact.

Outside of her professional and volunteer roles, Abrianna is drawn to anything artistic and expressive. She enjoys design, music, and any chance to bring creativity into her daily life. When she’s not working or volunteering, she can often be found spending time with her close friends, family, and Chihuahua, Chanel, who brings endless joy (and sass) to her home.
